foom shows real trades and the theses traders write about them. These rules keep that useful and safe. They apply to theses, comments, profiles and anything else you post on foom.
1. What belongs here
Your own reasoning about positions you hold or have traded, honest questions, and respectful disagreement.
2. Not allowed
- Spam, repeated posts, and links to unrelated products or services.
- Scams, fake giveaways, phishing, and requests for keys, seed phrases or codes.
- Pump calls and coordinated attempts to move a price, and claims of guaranteed returns.
- Impersonating another person, project or foom.
- Harassment, threats, and hate against a person or group.
- Sexual content, and anything involving minors.
- Illegal content, and sharing someone's private information.
3. Report
Use Report on a thesis, a comment or a profile to tell us it breaks these rules. Reports are private; the author is not told who reported them.
4. Block
Block someone from their profile menu. While you're signed in, you stop seeing each other's trades, theses and comments, they can't open your profile, and you both stop following each other. They are not told. Public pages can still be viewed signed out. You can unblock anytime in Settings → Blocked traders.
5. What we do
We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed. Accounts that break them repeatedly, or seriously, have their content removed and are taken off rankings, and are escalated for account action.
