Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the foom Trade iOS app, the public pages at foomfamily.ai and at the legacy foom.trade domain that still serves them, and support communications sent to foom Trade contact addresses.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

• Account information — identifiers from Sign in with Apple or another supported sign-in method, such as a user ID and, if you choose to share it, an email address;
• Wallet and transaction information — public wallet addresses associated with your account, and on-chain or venue activity needed to display balances, history, deposits, withdrawals, and trades;
• Device and technical information — IP address, device type, app version, and similar request logs used to deliver, secure, and debug the Services; and
• Support information — whatever you choose to send to a foom contact address.

We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or passwords for other services. Do not send those to us. Public blockchains are independently observable; activity you broadcast on-chain is not private.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to create and authenticate your account, operate wallets and trading features that the app enables, show you balances and market data, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with law. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Processors and Third Parties

We use processors for identity, wallet infrastructure, hosting, market data, routing, settlement, and (where enabled) on-ramps. Those providers process information on our instructions or, when you use their product directly, under their own policies. On-chain activity is processed by the relevant networks and is public.

5. No Sale or Cross-App Tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the foom Trade iOS app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may stop using the app, sign out, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information we hold by emailing privacy@foomfamily.ai (or privacy@foom.trade, which remains monitored during the domain transition), subject to applicable legal requirements. We cannot delete public blockchain records.

7. Children

foom Trade is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information we process. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for your device, sign-in method, and wallet credentials.

9. Retention

We retain account and support records only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, handle disputes, and comply with law, then delete or de-identify them where feasible.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy here with a new "Last updated" date. If a future app version changes its data practices, we will update this Policy and the App Store privacy declaration before those practices take effect.
