FOOM Trade — Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the FOOM Trade iOS app, the public pages at foom.trade, and support communications sent to FOOM Trade contact addresses.

2. No Data Collected by the iOS App

The current FOOM Trade iOS app:

• does not require or provide an account;
• does not connect to a wallet;
• does not execute trades or move money;
• does not transmit analytics, diagnostics, advertising identifiers, location, contact, financial, or usage data to us; and
• does not contain third-party tracking or telemetry services.

Information displayed by the app is included in the app itself. We do not receive information about how you use it.

3. Website and Support Communications

Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical request information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp, as needed to deliver and protect the public website. We do not use that information for behavioral advertising or to track you across apps or websites.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond, maintain support records, protect the service, and comply with law. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

4. No Sale or Tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the FOOM Trade iOS app does not track users.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Because the iOS app does not collect personal data, there is no app account or app-collected personal data to access, correct, or delete. For information you sent directly to support, you may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@foom.trade, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Children

FOOM Trade is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the iOS app.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information sent directly to us or processed to operate the public website. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy here with a new "Last updated" date. If a future app version changes its data practices, we will update this Policy and the App Store privacy declaration before those practices take effect.
